Torrox has a large coast, in which we must divide in two sections. That of the east and that of the west of Torrox´s lighthouse. In all of it´s beaches golden sands are abundant, as well as the warm mediterrenean sea waters.

To the east of the lighthouse of Torrox we find the beaches of Wilches and Calaceite, of an isolated character. They have dark sands and they do not have a high occupancy level, same as Mazagarrobo. To the west of the lighthouse you´ll find residential areas with urban beaches like El Cenicero, or Morche full of services for the tourists. It is a family oriented beach with high occupancy during the summer months.
